Intro.
We all have something we call passion, a thing we wanna do and we live for, a process we want to start so bad. (this is not your classic “find your passion” type of blog.) So what do all successful people have in common? They all have tried and failed multiple times and then discovered what they liked and had a passion for, then succeeded in it. So the real deal not to try CEO routines, but to find your own way.
Get Interested.
It maybe something that you were interested from your childhood, maybe what you discovered when you were in school, college or even maybe at work. The key is to have interest in whatever kind of work you come across. Or simply whatever you enjoy doing. I’m talking “interests” just because I’ve seen many people hating what they do and therefore procrastinating and staying mentally negative, so what happens is problems get so damn worse and the problems run over the person. And that’s the point where the majority of people develop depression and anxiety which drive them, well even farther away. On a side note, researchers say that people who have proper interests and future plans (possibility varies according to the person) have a lower chance of developing severe depression.
My Experience.
I repeat, this is my experience (so if your choice is to skip it, well go ahead). If you have been following me on Instagram you know that as a student I’ve tried many passion projects around content creation (vlogs, podcasts, vocal/instrumental covers and more) and I think I found by far the best way and it is this blog of course. So long story short, I first started to vlog which lasted only 6 episodes and the podcast, just one (just the intro). I also got on to making covers which only happened twice. Then I made a practically possible schedule that supports 2 hours + for blogging weekly and that schedule helped me to get back on track. As a student I do it as an add on to my routine, this significantly differs from any professional.

Try.
Trying is the key and and the first step into the journey. You have to work through all your interests and find what suits you the most. This definitely takes time (days, weeks, months and sometimes years). Being too lazy to try is the worst thing. It isn’t anything complex, just work on all the things you think you should be doing that makes you better and successful, one at a time. And you are surely gonna find it down the line.
Fail.
Yes, failing is a part of this. No one wants to fail, but most of you will through the process. Failing multiple times is not a problem, as long as you find something that you want to carry on at the end of the failing cycle.

Discover.
This is the last part of the process and where you find out what you have chosen and have a passion to do. Meaning, you have tried many (or a little) things and found out what keeps you interested and suits you best. Although discovering is the final stage there can be shifts to some other direction of what you have chosen or a complete move to some other interest. There’s no restrictions, just follow what you like, hustle (but not too much) and work smart and hard.
Conclusions
Although it sounded deep and complex, it is a easier thing to put into practice. You will learn and experience more as you work on it. It was just a passion project for me, but if you are a professional or a freelancer these things gets real serious. So keep track on to it and (once again) hustle, and work smart and hard.
